Delivery Timings
All our orders are delivered between 11 AM to 7 PM. On Sundays/Public Holidays delivery are done after 1 PM as the vendors on Sunday operate after these hours, You may request a delivery for particular time, however we do not guarantee the accuracy of time deliveries.

Same Day Delivery:
Same Day Delivery is only available for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Gujrat, Sialkot & Peshawar, For other cities only next day delivery is possible. Further orders for same day delivery must be placed before 2 PM Pakistan time (Same Day Delivery cannot be done on occasions like Mothers Day, Valentines or Eid

Replacement Policy:
All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality. We use one of the best suppliers available in the country, However If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact us with your order number within 2 days of the delivery. No refund is offered and only replacement will be offered and we shall be requiring the damage product back for replacement.

There is no replacement for any kind of food meals we offer on our website, this includes franchise like pizza hut, kfc and MacDonald's, as they are always made on order and only few minutes before delivery. We will not entertain any complaints on food meals, as  none of the restaurants offer replacement to us, We offer  only reputable restaurants which offer good quality food.

Refund Policy:
We will only issue 100% refund, if we fail to deliver your order on your requested delivery date, or if item is not in stock for some reason. However all orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance in order to get delivered on your desired date, Any same day/urgent orders are not guaranteed on time and no refund will be offered for such orders.

Product Images:
All products pictures are for guidance purpose only, they may differ in seasons and cities. All the pictures on the website are taken from one of the cities and may look different in other cities

Reserve the Rights:
We fully reserve the right to exchange products incase of unavailability in certain cities, this includes color of flowers, type of flowers, cake flavors, cake shapes, mithai varieties, bakery donuts, pizza restaurants etc. We also reserve the right to deliver two or more items at separate times in the day, as we sometimes may face supplier delays.

Credit Card Security:
All our transactions are done on 128 BIT SSL Secure server and all information sent to our bank gateway is encrypted. Its very safe to use your credit card on our website and We do not save any credit card information on our servers or database.

Order Cancellation:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled as its booked with suppliers and courier for the delivery.

Order Changes:
Bigger Cakes might not be available in smaller cities, therefore two smaller cakes will be arranged.

Late Delivery:
We always try to deliver the item on the requested date, however sometimes we may fail due to late placement of orders, Incomplete address or no one available at the given address.

Pending Delivery:
No refund will be issued on pending delivery, if in any case the address and telephone is incomplete we will contact the customer and if no response is received within 24 hours, we shall dispose the gift items.

Special Requests:
We will try our best to fulfill the special request of customer, i-e time delivery or cake flavours, However we cannot guarantee this on occasions like Eid, Mother`s Day, Public Holidays and Valentines Day.

Holiday Service / Sunday Service :
Holiday Service is not available in some smaller cities, in such case we shall deliver the gift a day before or next day. All major cities of Pakistan have Sunday & Holiday services..

Credit Card Verification :
We may call and verify any order placed using credit cards, If verification is not completed order will be cancelled.
